Call to Worship     Ephesians 6:13-17      in Unison

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to withstand on that evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand therefore, and fasten the belt of truth around your waist, and put on the breastplate of righteousness. As shoes for your feet put on whatever will make you ready to proclaim the gospel of peace. With all of these, take the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the world of God.

RAINBOW ROAD PRESCHOOL

As many of you know, Loretta Slease and Cris Paolino, teachers at Rainbow Road, resigned and moved south this spring.  Although we were sad to see them go, we are now glad to welcome Diane Thomas and Shari Schrecengost as our new teachers starting this fall.  We will begin classes Sept 11th.  Rainbow Road is seeking some donations such as tissues, hand sanitizer (any size), garbage bags (13 gal) and paper towels (we prefer select-a-size but any paper towels will work).  You may place any donations in a box provided in the Library Room.  Thank you in advance for your donations.  We would also like to thank Tim Scaife and Gabe Smith for installing new stair treads, thanks to Linda Scaife for painting doors and thanks to Joe Bowser and Dan Wolfe for helping us paint the floor in Rainbow Road.  As always, we appreciate the support of our church for our program!                                        Diane, Shari and Kim
