*Call to Worship      Romans 12:4-8 in Unison

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it  is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

*Gloria Patri                                                                                          No. 70

ALTAR FLOWER DATES AVAILABLE 2018

We have November 4th & 25th available for altar flowers. The cost is $25.00. Please let Audrey know if you are interested in one of these dates. Thank you.

OCTOBER MISSION FOCUS

Our October Mission Focus will be to replenish church funds for CAMPERSHIPS. These camperships will enable more of our members, especially our younger ones, to participate in summer camps. These camps are quite expensive (average costs are between $400-$600!) Prayerfully consider giving generously so more of our church family will experience God in an awesome way.  Your giving will make a difference in their hearts and souls forever. God Bless.

HELP WANTED

Our Covenant Center is a busy place. We have Sunday School classes, bridal showers, birthday parties, funeral dinners, meetings, etc. That means it also gets dirty. We have a group of volunteers who clean about once a month. We sweep, steam floors, wash tables and chairs, and clean the kitchen. We could use a few more people on our “clean team”. So, if you have a couple of hours a month to volunteer, we could really use your help. If you can help, let Tim or Linda Scaife know.

POPCORN SALE

Double Good Popcorn is back. We will be selling popcorn during the month of November. The popcorn will be delivered before Christmas if you are looking to do some early shopping. The profits will benefit Rainbow Road. Watch the bulletin for details.
