TRUNK OR TREAT The Fellowship Committee is planning a Trunk-or-Treat for: WHEN: Saturday, October 27th WHERE: Covenant Center Lot TIME: 4:00-6:00 PM Please dress as your favorite super hero, favorite princess or prince, or favorite animal or favorite robotic… We can’t wait to see many different and unique costumes. (Please no witches or devils) We will need volunteers for their trunks (We will love to see how you decorate them up) and candy donations. Watch your bulletin for more information. YOUTH FUNDRAISER The youth are selling 25% off shopping passes for Boscov’s. The shopping pass is good on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 8:00 AM- 11:00 PM. OCTOBER MISSION FOCUS Our October Mission Focus will be to replenish church funds for CAMPERSHIPS. These camperships will enable more of our members, especially our younger ones, to participate in summer camps. These camps are quite expensive (average costs are between $400-$600!) Prayerfully consider giving generously so more of our church family will experience God in an awesome way. Your giving will make a difference in their hearts and souls forever. God Bless. OCTOBER SIFT LUNCHEON The October SIFT Luncheon will be held on Thursday, October 18th at noon in the Covenant Center. The program will be Special Olympics by Nicole Ramer. The menu is Vegetable soup, grilled cheese, relish plate, gingerbread. Reservations are due by Monday, October 15th at noon. FRIDAY NIGHT CIRCLE The Friday Night Circle will meet Thursday, October 11th at 7:00 PM in the covenant Center. The program will be FIGI-with Lynn Sibley & Sandy McKee. Devotions by Sarah Heckert and Hostesses are Mert Hellein & Patty Bruno. COMMUNITY AWARENESS DAY-FAMIY CELEBRATION NIGHT Monday, October 22nd Lenape Vo-Tech will host the Community Awareness Day-Family Celebration Night from 4:30-7:00 PM in the gymnasium. The event will include free entertainment, crafts, games, and refreshments for children, teens, and families. All activities are provided at no charge.
