*Call to Worship      Psalm 42:1-6 Read Responsively

Leader: As a deer longs for flowing streams, so longs my soul for you, O God.

People: My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and behold the face of God?

Leader: My tears have been my food day and night, while people say to me continually, “Where is your God?”

People: These things I remember as I pour out my soul: how I went with the throng, and let them in procession to the house of God, with glad shuts and songs of thanksgiving, a multitude keeping festival.

Leader: Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me?

People: Hope in God whom again I shall praise, my help and my God.

JUNE MISSION

Our church family will again participate in Life Choices, a non-profit pregnancy resource center in Kittanning. Empowering choices for life, sexual integrity & healthy families is their mission.

We will focus our financial support in the BABY BOTTLE BLESSINGS or CHANGE FOR LIFE campaign.

Each family unit may receive a baby bottle and place their money (checks, bills, or coins) inside. If writing a check, please make it payable to FUMC (First United Methodist Church). We will tally those checks and write one from our church payable to LIFE CHOICES.

Please pray for the people in these difficult situations. Pray as to how you can help to make a difference for LIFE.                    Mission Team
