*Opening Prayer (1 Samuel 16, Mark 4) 

God of power and might, you have laid hands on us and called us each by name. Like Saul and David before us, we need your h and to anoint and guide us. Like seeds that are scattered on the ground, we need your nourishment to grow and flourish. Anoint us, Holy One, and guide us. Feed us and strengthen us, that we may grow in your grace and walk in your ways. In your holy name, we pray. Amen.

VBS 2018

JUNE 18th-22nd         9:00-12:00 PM

We will be doing Cokesbury’s Rolling River Rampage-Experience the ride of a lifetime with God.  Registration forms are at each door of the Church.



          What:   Fellowship Gathering

          When:  Friday, July 6, 2018 at 6:30 pm

          Where: Ford Memorial Methodist Fellowship Hall

          Why #1: To welcome Pastor Deb and Pastor Brenda!

          Why #2: To meet others in the charge and for others for meet us!

          Why #3: There will be snacks and beverages provided!

Time to sign-up for summer camp! Summer camp brochures from Jumonville, Wesley Woods and Camp Allegheny are at each door. The church will pay for full tuition the first year of camp and 50% for the years after that.



Remember our nursery (with parent paging system) is available to all children thru 4 years during Sunday School and Worship.



The First United Methodist Church Library is NEVER CLOSED! Please feel free to visit our library anytime you are in our church.
